David Beccaria

David began his career in real estate in 1978 in sales working for his father at Wellington Realtors.

David has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 1979. David also has been a real estate appraiser since 1989. David has served on the Board of Directors for the Santa Cruz Association of Realtors in 1985; David was selected California Appraiser of the Year for NAIFA in 2002. David has served as President, Vice President and Education Coordinator for the Central California Chapter of NAIFA over the past 20 years.

David graduated from Santa Clara University in 1977 with an undergraduate degree in Finance, and from Golden Gate University in 1981 with an MBA in Real Estate.

David has a broad background in Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Sales and Property Management. His experience includes appraising single-family residences, manufactured homes, lots, acreage, condominiums, industrial and commercial property.

Other appraisal experience includes review, relocation and bank real estate owned (foreclosures) assignments. He is also FHA approved. He has completed or supervised the completion of more than 7500 appraisal reports since 1989.

His appraisal work has been accepted in Santa Cruz, Santa Clara and Monterey County Superior Court. He has completed numerous Partial Interest Valuations, he has written well documented appraisal reports for casualty loss, litigation support, estate, gift and partnership dissolution.
